Most jobs typically
include the following:
1.Transport mast and
boom to JSI
(FREE within 100
Miles)
2. Remove all
hardware, lights and
wiring.
3. Fill all bad
spots and
miscellaneous holes
by welding.
4. Inspect and
repair or replace
broken or worn
parts.
5. Sand entire mast
surface to bare
metal and prep for
new paint.
6. Prime and paint
with Awlgrip®
polyester marine
paint.
7. Replace old
wiring with new boat
cable in PVC
conduit.
8. Mount new lights.
9. Install all
hardware and upgrade
mast & boom systems
as required.
10. Transport to
marina (locally)
